NOVELTY - Producing highly thermal conductive flexible graphene film gasket comprises (i) sieving graphene with a mesh sieve, (ii) rolling the screened graphene through a roller press into a graphene film, (iii) preparing a glaze slurry, and applying the glaze slurry on a few layers of porous graphene film through a glaze coater, and (iv) after coating the slurry on the few layers of porous graphene film, roll forming and drying to form a vertical and horizontal interlaced thin film thermal conductive network on the few layers of porous graphene film, and compounding. The thermally conductive gasket includes a few layers of porous graphene film and a thin film-based thermal conductive network vertically arranged on the few layers of porous graphene film substrate. USE - The method is useful for producing highly thermal conductive flexible graphene film gasket.
