NOVELTY - A plastic-coated epoxy powder coating comprises 100-150 pts. wt., preferably 120-140 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 13-17 pts. wt., preferably 14-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 3-9 pts. wt., preferably 4-8 pts. wt. pigment, 10-25 pts. wt., preferably 18-23 pts. wt. preservative, 7-13 pts. wt., preferably 18-23 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt., preferably 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-1.8 pts. wt., preferably 1-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer and 0.7-1.5 pts. wt., preferably 1-1.2 pts. wt. brightener. USE - Plastic-coated epoxy powder coating used for pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The coating provides excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties, and prolonged service life, has strong adhesion, does not peel off easily from the pipe, and does not have cracking, embrittlement and pulverization phenomenon.
