NOVELTY - Manufacturing battery pole piece comprises dispersing the 94.6 wt.% graphene, 3.6 wt.% carbon nano-tube and 1.8 wt.% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in ethylene glycol to obtain first mixture, coating first mixture on the upper and lower surfaces of the conductive graphene sheet, drying to obtain the intermediate, where the thickness of the conductive graphene layer is 0.2-2 µm, the thickness of first mixture after drying is 0.2-0.6 times of the thickness of the conductive graphene, coating the intermediate by foil material, and drying again to obtain the battery pole piece. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing battery pole piece. ADVANTAGE - The battery pole piece adopts grid conductive graphene sheet can improve the toughness of the pole piece, and has a large porosity.
