▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Boron-graphene composite aerogel comprises graphene composite, two-dimensional boron alkene and graphene to form a three-dimensional network aerogel structure. The atomic number percentages of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and boron elements is 68-70%, 10-12%, 16-18%, and 4-5%, respectively. USE - The aerogel is used as elastic dielectric layer in preparing pressure sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has porous structure and excellent mechanical performance, capacitance pressure sensor sensitivity of 0.89 kPa-1 in the range of 0-3 kPa, minimum detection force of 8.7 Pa, and response time of 110 ms. The method is simple, and has multiple functions, and good application prospect in the pressure sensor field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for preparing the boron-graphene composite aerogel, comprising (i) ultrasonically crushing 5-15 mg amorphous boron powder in 10-30 ml dimethylformamide solution for 3-5 hours, centrifuging at 3000-5000 revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes, taking the supernatant to obtain a dimethylformamide solution dispersed with boron, adding graphene oxide into a deionized aqueous solution and ultrasonically processing to obtain a dispersion solution, preparing mixed precursor solution, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide, ammonia water, dimethylformamide solution dispersed with boronene, and deionized water is (15-30):(50-100):(600-700):(1800-1900), (ii) adding mixed precursor solution into the reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting at 90-140degrees Celsius for 8-10 hours, mixing absolute ethanol and water in a volume ratio of 1:(90-110) to prepare dialysate, immersing the borene-graphene composite hydrogel in the dialysate, heat preserving at 15-25degrees Celsius, and dialyzing for 5-8 hours, (iii) freezing at -10degrees Celsius to -20degrees Celsius for 6-14 hour under vacuum of -40degrees Celsius to -30degrees Celsius, and drying for 18-24 hours; and #pressure sensor comprising the boron-graphene composite aerogel. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The diagram shows a structural diagram of the struture of the pressure sensor.
