NOVELTY - A DNA cutting method involves preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution. The graphene oxide aqueous solution is sterilized. The graphene oxide aqueous solution and metal ions are added to DNA buffer solution. The obtained mixture is reacted at normal temperature to realize DNA cutting. USE - Method for cutting DNA. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide aqueous solution and metal ions do not need any auxiliary agent such as oxidant, and reducing agent, and avoids usage of light irradiation for cutting DNA.
