NOVELTY - Preparing glass fiber enhanced graphene modified resin base composite material involves pre-processing the graphene by taking graphene concentrated sulfuric acid mixture, stirring and standing. The ultrasonic oscillation is carried out by adding water for dilution, filtered and the resulting filtered powder is washed and dried. The graphene grafted with silane coupling agent is added with ethanol and dilute sulfuric acid, again silane coupling agent is added. USE - Method to prepare glass fiber enhanced graphene modified resin base composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Method enables to prepare glass fiber enhanced graphene modified resin base composite material which promotes graphene material and glass fiber in resin basal body of the dispersant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing glass fiber enhanced graphene modified resin base composite material involves pre-processing the graphene by taking graphene concentrated sulfuric acid mixture, stirring and standing. The ultrasonic oscillation is carried out by adding water for dilution, filtered and the resulting filtered powder is washed and dried. The graphene grafted with silane coupling agent is added with ethanol and dilute sulfuric acid, again silane coupling agent is added. The filtered graphite powder is treated, after dispersing for system at constant temperature followed by stirring, filtering and then washing off the unreacted silane coupling agent. The obtained powder is filtered, washed and dried to obtain grafted modified graphene. The graphene modified wax material is prepared using the step similar to prepare grafted modified graphene by taking grafted modified graphene added with oxidized polyethylene wax followed by stirring and mixing uniformly. The new cracked polyethylene wax melt containing grafted modified graphene and oxidized polyethylene wax is obtained, again stirred to obtain graphene modified wax material. The obtained graphene modified wax material is dispersed in styrene, liquid resin and curing agent mixture to obtain resin mixed material. The obtained resin mixed material is placed in glass fiber mold vacuum infusion and cured to obtain glass fiber enhanced graphene modified resin base composite material.
