▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing pressure-assisted evaporation comprises (i) growing graphene on copper foil; (ii) covering the front side of the graphene-grown copper foil on quartz plate, and covering copper foil with a layer of quartz plate to obtain a quartz-copper foil-quartz sandwich structure; and (iii) placing the sample into a low-pressure tubular furnace filled with mixed gas, firstly heating to 1050 degrees C for 50-70 minutes and heating to 1085 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, maintaining for 2-4 minutes, finally cooling at 1050 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, closing the tubular furnace, cooling at room temperature, taking out sample and completing graphene transfer. USE - The method is useful for processing pressure-assisted evaporation. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the use of glue during transfer process and solves the problems of glue and graphene sizing residue.
