NOVELTY - Manufacturing a composite fiber comprising functionalized graphene and transition metal decalcogenide sheet comprises preparing a solvent containing graphene oxide, polymer fiber provided with graphitic carbon nitride (GCN) on a surface, doping source having a doping element comprising chalcogenide element, and precursor containing a transition metal, mixing polymer fiber, doping source, and precursor in solvent and heat-treating to prepare a composite fiber including the polymer fiber provided with the GCN on the surface, functionalized graphene in which doping element of doping source is doped to graphene in and graphene oxide is reduced by the heat treatment and transition metal decalcogenide sheet produced from doping element and precursor of the doping source by the heat treatment. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing a composite fiber comprising functionalized graphene and transition metal dichalcogenide sheet which is useful in gas purification system and photosynthesis reaction unit. ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber improves photosynthesis efficiency.
