▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electro catalyst carrier comprises a carbon-based material with a sheet-shaped structure and a nitrogen-containing polymer layer coated on the surface of the carbon-based material, where the nitrogen-containing polymer layer is distributed with mesopores. USE - The electro catalyst carrier and electro catalyst is useful in electrocatalytic material and dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electro catalyst carrier has high conductivity and specific surface area; is suitable for the loading and dispersion of catalytically active metal particles; improves the catalytic activity of the electro catalyst. The method improves the adhesion and adhesion of nitrogen-containing polymers on the surface of carbon-based materials; ensures that the mesoporous structure formed on the surface of the material is beneficial to improve the mass transfer efficiency during the catalytic reaction by removing the surfactant after polymerization and improves the catalytic performance of the final catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing electro catalyst carrier comprising (a) contacting the carbon-based material with the liquid in which the surfactant and the nitrogen-containing organic monomer are dispersed to obtain a mixed liquid under the condition that the amount of the surfactant contained in the dispersion is not less than the amount corresponding to the critical micelle concentration of the surfactant and (b) contacting the initiator with the nitrogen-containing organic monomer in the mixed solution in step (a) under the polymerization conditions of the nitrogen-containing organic monomer; and (2) a electro catalyst comprising a carrier and an active metal component is supported on the carrier and the carrier is electro catalyst carrier.
