NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/aqueous polyurethane nanocomposite material comprises subjecting graphite oxide to chemical oxidation, surface modifying by refluxing with silane coupling agent to prepare functionalized graphene oxide, adding into organic solvent, ultrasonically processing, uniformly dispersing in aqueous polyurethane for in-situ polymerization, obtaining nanocomposite emulsion, pouring the nanocomposite emulsion into a mold, standing, and vacuum drying for film-forming. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/aqueous polyurethane nanocomposite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/aqueous polyurethane nanocomposite material comprises subjecting graphite oxide to chemical oxidation, surface modifying by refluxing with silane coupling agent to prepare functionalized graphene oxide, adding into organic solvent, ultrasonically processing, uniformly dispersing in aqueous polyurethane for in-situ polymerization, obtaining nanocomposite emulsion, pouring the nanocomposite emulsion into a mold, standing, and vacuum drying for film-forming. The step of refluxing with silane coupling agent comprises dispersing graphite oxide in mixed solution of deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol at 1:1 volume ratio, controlling the concentration at 0.5-5 mg/ml to obtain uniform graphene oxide suspension, adding silane coupling agent at 1:1-1:5 mass ratio, adding into a reaction solvent i.e. absolute ethyl alcohol, controlling the temperature at 70-90 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 24-48 hours, after the reaction, washing with deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying at 60 degrees C to obtain silane coupling agent-grafted graphene oxide. The in-situ polymerization comprises at controlled temperature of 70-80 degrees C, uniformly dispersing silane coupling agent-grafted graphene oxide in aqueous polyurethane, mixing functionalized graphene oxide dispersion liquid and polypropylene glycol, adding hydrophilic chain extender i.e. dimethylolpropionic acid, isophorone diisocyanate, and catalyst i.e. dibutyltin laurate, polymerization reacting for 2-3 hours, after the reaction, adding trimethylolpropane, conducting crosslinking reaction, 3 hours after the temperature is reduced to 40-45 degrees C, adding triethylamine to neutralize, continuously reacting for 20 minutes, high speed stirring, quickly adding deionized water and ethylenediamine, reacting, and obtaining nanocomposite emulsion. The mass ratio of functionalized graphene oxide, polypropylene glycol, dimethylolpropionic acid, isophorone diisocyanate, dibutyltin laurate, trimethylolpropane, triethylamine, deionized water, and ethylene diamine is 0.05:3.4:0.18:1.2:0.025:0.1:0.15:10:0.08.
