NOVELTY - Manganese dioxide-titanium dioxide and graphene-porous inorganic ceramic membrane catalytic denitration material comprises a porous inorganic ceramic membrane as carrier, manganese dioxide, titanium dioxide and graphene loaded on the surface of the carrier, and a fluorinated hydrocarbon resin material loaded on the surface of the catalyst. USE - Used as manganese dioxide-titanium dioxide and graphene-porous inorganic ceramic membrane catalytic denitration material. ADVANTAGE - The catalytic denitration material has high porous structure and great specific surface area, excellent electric transporting performance, mechanical behavior and surface chemical property, and self cleaning performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manganese dioxide-titanium dioxide and graphene-porous inorganic ceramic membrane catalytic denitration self-cleaning material comprises a porous inorganic ceramic membrane as carrier, manganese dioxide, titanium dioxide, graphene loaded on the surface of the carrier to form catalyst, and a fluorinated hydrocarbon resin material on the surface of the catalyst, where the mass ratio of fluorine hydrocarbon resin material to catalyst is 30:70, the mass ratio of the porous inorganic ceramic membrane in the catalyst is 50-80%, and the mass ratio of the manganese dioxide-titanium dioxide to graphene is 1:6.9:1.7. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the manganese dioxide-titanium dioxide and graphene-porous inorganic ceramic membrane catalytic denitration self-cleaning material, comprising: (a) grinding the coal cinders of the ingredients of silicon oxide, aluminum trioxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, titanium dioxide, potassium oxide and sodium, adding a foaming agent into the grinded mixture with a grain size of 0.02 mm, forming a slice using molding process under a pressure of 38 MPa, sintering the pressed slice into a muffle furnace at 1100 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain coal ash porous ceramic slice, and grinding the slice to obtain porous inorganic ceramic membrane; (b) placing the graphene into absolute ethyl alcohol at room temperature, processing the mixture using ultrasonic treatment for first time, adding metatitanic acid normal butyl ester into the processed mixture, continuously processing the ultrasonic treatment for second time, adding the mixed solution of ethyl acid and manganese nitrate and the porous inorganic ceramic membrane into the second time processed solution, again processing the ultrasonic treatment till the mixture to be solution, stopping the process after mixture changing into liquid form, and aging the solution under the room temperature condition for several days; (c) drying the aged product, and roasting the dried product to obtain catalyst, where the mass ratio of the porous inorganic ceramic membrane in the catalyst is 50-80%; and (d) mixing the cellulose, defaming agent, glycoside resin, filler and deionized water at the room temperature, grinding the mixture at 500-800 rpm, adding the grinded mixture into the catalyst, rising the mixture at the speed of 5000 rpm, keeping the rinsed mixture in a stable condition for 30 minutes, finally washing the catalyst using deionized water for 2-3 times, and drying the washed catalyst at 80 degrees C to obtain end product.
