▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector has a transparent substrate formed with a graphene mesh layer and a zinc sulfide quantum dot layer, where the graphene mesh layer is etched by graphene mesh formation, and the transparent substrate is polyethylene terephthalateor flexible glass. The zinc sulfide quantum dot layer covers the graphene mesh layer and extends into a grid of the graphene mesh layer, where thickness of the zinc sulfide quantum dot layer is about 0. 5-1 m. Two metal electrodes are arranged on a surface of the transparent substrate. The graphene mesh layer and the zinc sulfide quantum dot layer are arranged between the metal electrodes. USE - Flexible solar-blind UV detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector has simple preparation process, and can realize flexible high sun blind zone UV response degree and sun blind zone outer low response degree so as to reduce background interference. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a solar-blind UV detector manufacturing method.
