NOVELTY - Preparing adhesive type graphene anticorrosive film comprises e.g. firstly using graphite powder as raw material ultrasonically dispersing in N, N-dimethyl formamide to obtain a dispersion of graphene, then mixing with a self-crosslinking silicone emulsion, a dispersant and a stabilizer, drying the resulting composite particles, and then rolling into a film and carrying out corona treatment to obtain adhesive type graphene preservative film, the method specifically comprises e.g. placing the graphite powder into glass container, adding N, N-dimethyl formamide, and mixing uniformly. USE - The method is useful for preparing adhesive type graphene anticorrosive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process and, is easy to operate, has low cost, suitable construction, and can realize industrial production. The graphene anti-corrosion film has good adhesiveness, has precise anti-corrosion, waterproof and air-proof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing adhesive type graphene anticorrosive film comprises firstly using graphite powder as raw material ultrasonically dispersing in N, N-dimethyl formamide to obtain a dispersion of graphene, then mixing with a self-crosslinking silicone emulsion, a dispersant and a stabilizer, drying the resulting composite particles, and then rolling into a film and carrying out corona treatment to obtain adhesive type graphene preservative film, the method specifically comprises (1) placing the specific quantity of graphite powder into the glass container, then adding a specific amount of N, N-dimethyl formamide, mixing uniformly, using preservative film sealing the container opening, and placing the container in an ice bath, then using ultrasonic cell crusher, carrying out by ultrasonic treatment, taking mixture of supernatant, adding in a centrifuge tube, centrifuging at high speed, then transferring the centrifugal supernatant in the tube to a clean container to obtain dispersion of graphite alkene; (2) adding a specific amount of self-crosslinking silicone emulsion, dispersant and stabilizer to the resulting dispersion, strongly stirring and mixing uniformly to prepare slurry, and then drying by spray dryer to obtain composite particles, and (3) selecting the suitable calendar, a roller rolling speed and the temperature in the step (2) the obtained composite particles into calender, pressing it into film, then performing a corona treatment of the film to obtain the adhesive type graphene anticorrosive film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for adhesive type graphene anticorrosive film is prepared by the above mentioned method.
