ADVANTAGE - The screening, separating and detecting process is simple and the preparation condition is mild and can be applied to the microorganism field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of microbial blotting membrane comprising absorbing microorganism to the composite film to form microorganism module, then using chitosan to absorb microorganism which is embedded in part of the graphite/chitosan composite film, then embedding the fluorine silane coupling agent to the surface of liposome that is modified conductive substrate, then soaking in acetone for 2-3 hours, eluting after being dipped in the microorganism module, and obtaining microorganism left template molecule with size and shape of the matched recognition site.
