NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-cage type oligomeric silsesquioxane hybrid membrane comprises (i) adding graphene oxide, cage type oligomeric silsesquioxane and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide into anhydrous tetrahydrofuran and ultrasonicating for period of time, performing reflux reaction in nitrogen atmosphere for 1-100 hours at temperature lower than boiling point of tetrahydrofuran, filtering with microporous filter membrane, adding into cleaning solution for ultrasonic cleaning, drying, and repeating for 1-10 times to obtain composite material, and (ii) dissolving polymer, crosslinking agent and catalyst in n-heptane or cyclohexane to form liquid composition, stirring uniformly, adding graphene oxide-cage type ligomeric silsesquioxane composite material into casting liquid, and ultrasonically stirring to obtain cating liquid, and (iii) dipping the base film in the casting liquid for period of time to form separation layer, and adding into oven for high-temperature vulcanization. USE - The composite film comprising graphene oxide-cage type oligomeric silsesquioxane hybrid membrane is used as pervaporation preferential alcohol permeation membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid membrane solves defect of 1-3 nano-particles that cannot be uniformly dispersed in the organic polymer, improves separation performance of the polymer film, provides more uniform mass transfer space for the polymer network, is not easy to cause space defect, and is good for preparing compact non-defective film to be applied to rigorous alcohol-water separation system. The method improves organic performance of polydimethylsiloxane film in pervaporation, is simple and easy to operate, and has mild preparation condition.
