NOVELTY - The tin oxide or graphene nano compound is made up of bar-shaped tin oxide nano particles and graphene. The bar-shaped tin oxide particles are 8 to 10 nanometers wide and 30 to 50 nanometers long, and are distributed on the surface of the graphene. The ratio of the bar-shaped tin oxide particles to the graphene is 3 to 4 is to 1 by weight. USE - Tin oxide or graphene nano compound for use in lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - Keeps high proportion capacity of the tin oxide, and improves the repetitiveness of the material.
