NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional structure carbonitride/graphene composite material includes taking 5 ml of 2-3 mg/ml GO solution and g-C3N4 nanosheet at 5:3 mass ratio, uniformly ultrasonically mixing, adding 80 ml Quadrol (RTM: tetrakis(2-hydroxypropyl)ethylenediamine), 95 degrees C constant temperature reacting for 3 hours, adding 1 ml cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) solution, reacting for 7 hours, taking out the product, washing with deionized water for 3-5 times and freeze drying at - 50 degrees C to obtain the product. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional structure carbonitride/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides three-dimensional structure carbonitride/graphene composite material, which has improved flexibility and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of three-dimensional structure carbonitride/graphene composite material comprises preparing GO by Hummers method comprising taking graphene oxide solution, using water to dilute to concentration of 1-5 mg/ml, and stirring for 0.5-2 hours to obtain GO solution, preparing g-C3N4 nanosheet by adding 5-20 g dicyandiamide into a muffle furnace, raising the temperature to 550 degrees C and keeping the temperature for 2-4 hours to obtain g-C3N4, adding g-C3N4 into 100 ml concentrated sulfuric acid solution, stirring for 20-24 hours by a stirrer, under ice bath condition, sequentially adding 1 g sodium nitrate (NaNO3) and 10 g potassium permanganate (KMnO4), stirring for 8-10 hours, diluting with 120-140 ml deionized water and 40-60 ml dilute hydrogen peroxide, putting the diluted solution in dialysis bag, dialyzing, keeping the pH of the solution at 6-7, drying at 50-55 degrees C for 12-20 hours to obtain g-C3N4 nanosheet, taking 5 ml of 2-3 mg/ml GO solution and g-C3N4 nanosheet at 5:3 mass ratio, uniformly ultrasonically mixing, adding 80 ml Quadrol (RTM: tetrakis(2-hydroxypropyl)ethylenediamine), 95 degrees C constant temperature reacting for 3 hours, adding 1 ml CTAB solution, reacting for 7 hours, taking out the product, washing with deionized water for 3-5 times and freeze drying at - 50 degrees C to obtain the product.
