NOVELTY - Graphene/water-soluble polymer composite material comprises 0.1-20 wt.% graphene, 0.1-60 wt.% modifier, and water-soluble polymer (balance), and the modifier comprises an aromatic ring conjugated structure and coated on the surface of the graphene. USE - Used as a graphene/water-soluble polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the dispersion performance of graphene in water. The composite material: has good mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and insulation properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/water-soluble polymer composite material comprising (1) dissolving the modifying agent containing aromatic ring conjugated structure and hydrophilic group in de-ionized water, adding graphene to obtain graphene dispersion with surface modified, (2) mixing the surface modified graphene dispersion liquid obtained in the step (1) with the aqueous solution of the water-soluble polymer to obtain the film liquid, and (3) coating the film liquid obtained in the step (2) on the base material in a certain film forming way, drying and taking off to obtain the graphene/water soluble polymer composite film material.
