ADVANTAGE - The ultrahigh strength graphene modified fiber material has simple preparation, the obtained fiber material has excellent strength, good electrical conductivity and easy functioning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an ultra high strength graphene modified fiber material, which involves: (A) adding graphene oxide to anhydrous ethanol or DMF, sonicating for 2-3 hours, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion having a concentration of 5-10 wt.%; (B) adding nanocrystalline cellulose, nano titanium dioxide, polypropylene into a solvent, and uniformly dispersing the dispersion after 1-2 hours of ultrasonication; (C) mixing the graphene oxide and the dispersion, magnetically stirring for 2-3 h, mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; (D) placing mixed liquid and the polymer powder in a kneader, kneadingat 110 degrees C for 60-80 min, then vacuum drying at 50-80 degrees C for 10-15 h, and extruding by a twin-screw blending extruder to obtain graphene composite resin; and (E) slicing composite resin, drying, and the graphene-modified composite fiber is prepared by melt-spinning and drawing equipment.
