NOVELTY - Z-type photocatalyst comprises graphitic carbon nitride, reduced graphene oxide and zinc tungstate. USE - Z-type photocatalyst used for antibiotic waste water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The Z-type photocatalyst has better photo-catalytic degradation performance and good degradation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing Z-type photocatalyst, which involves weighing 0.010g reduced graphene oxide into the beaker filled with 20 ml of de-ionized water, using ultrasonic cleaning machine for ultrasonic treatment, weighing 0.156g zinc tungstate and 100 % mol ratio of graphitic carbon nitride into the beaker, pouring 40 ml de-ionized water to the beaker, transferring the mixed solution to reaction kettle, reacting for 12h at 180degrees Celsius, after finishing reaction, fully standing and cooling, taking out the mixed solution, using absolute ethyl alcohol to centrifugal water washing the precipitate in the mixed solution, transferring the precipitate to a culture dish, drying at 60degrees Celsius to obtain Z-type photocatalyst.
