▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low temperature vulcanized conductive nitrile rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 0.8-75 pts. wt. conductive filler, 2-16 pts. wt. low temperature vulcanization accelerator, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. anti-aging agent RD and 1-5 pts. wt. sulfur. The mass content of nitrile in nitrile rubber is 20-60 wt.% and the low temperature vulcanization accelerator comprises thiuram accelerant and thiazole accelerant. USE - Used as low temperature vulcanized conductive nitrile rubber. ADVANTAGE - The low temperature vulcanized conductive nitrile rubber: has good mechanics, high temperature resistance and aging resistance; reduces energy consumption; is economical; and the preparation method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low temperature vulcanized conductive nitrile rubber, comprising (i) mixing the nitrile rubber with zinc oxide, stearic acid, anti-aging agent RD, silane coupling agent KH550, conductive filler and low temperature vulcanization accelerator and banburying to obtain the banburying material; (ii) mixing the banburying material with sulfur and kneading to obtain mixing material; and (iii) vulcanizing the mixed material.
