NOVELTY - Carbon coating aluminum foil comprises aluminum foil substrate and a carbon-coated layer, where carbon coating layer is obtained by coating and curing conductive slurry. The conductive slurry is prepared by 15-20 pts. wt. binder, 1-3 pts. wt. carbon nano tube, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. common conductive carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt. polysiloxane hyperbranched polymer containing epoxy group, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. polyethylene dioxythiophene nano tube array, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium salt of N-(trimethoxysilylpropyl) ethylenediamine triacetic acid and 30-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Carbon coated aluminum foil for lithium battery. Uses include but are not limited to mobile phone, portable computer, camera, video camera and electronic product field. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-coated aluminum foil has good conductivity, corrosion resistance, good heat dissipation and bonding property, can effectively improve the low-temperature discharge capability of the lithium battery, and prolong the cycle life of lithium battery. The preparation method is simple, the device dependency is small, the preparation efficiency and good product rate are high, it is suitable for continuous scale production requirement.
