NOVELTY - A friction nano-generator comprises an electronegative friction layer, which is a polymer fiber mesh film prepared by an electrospinning method, a charge-enhancing output layer, which is a reduced graphene oxide film, or a reduced graphene oxide hybrid film loaded with a metal nanoparticle or a semiconductor nanoparticle on a reduced graphene oxide, the charge-enhancing output layer is coupled to the electronegative friction layer, first electrode layer formed on a surface of the charge-enhancing output layer, and an electropositive friction layer, which is simultaneously serves as second electrode layer, where the charge-enhancing output layer and the electron-negative friction layer as a whole are electrically connected to second electrode layer, having a predetermined pitch, and separated from each other to generate a charge, and the charge enhanced output layer is used to enhance an electrical output of the friction nano-generator. USE - Friction nano-generator for powering wearable device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The friction nano-generator has improved friction nano-generator electric output.
