▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbide/carbon nanotube/graphene composite material comprises (i) mixing graphene and carbon nanotubes in a mass ratio of 1:1-5, adding absolute ethanol, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain carbon nanotube/graphene mixture; (ii) mixing the inorganic metal salt and the carbon nanotube/graphene mixture in a mass ratio of 1:1-5, adding absolute ethanol, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing and placing in a graphite furnace; and (iii) firing in a graphitization furnace at 1000-2800 degrees C for 2-4 hours. USE - The material is useful for preparing battery anode material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and suitable for large scale production, and inhibits the shuttle effect and improves the cycle stability of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing battery anode material using carbide/carbon nanotube/graphene-sulfur composite material, comprising mixing the carbide/carbon nanotube/graphene-sulfur composite material with a conductive additive and binder in a mass ratio of 1:0.05-0.25:0.05-0.15, adding N-methylpyrrolidone, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, controlling the viscosity at 1000-10000 cps, obtaining the slurry, coating the slurry uniformly on the current collector aluminum foil with thickness of 150-400 mm, transferring the aluminum foil into oven at 40-60 degrees C, drying and obtaining porous carbon nanotube-supported sulfur battery anode material.
