▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A conductive silver paste comprises 100-120 pts. wt. silver powder, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. novolac epoxy resin, 10-14 pts. wt. polyurethane, 3-8 pts. wt. dicyandiamide, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. curing agent, 6-8 pts. wt. isobutanol-modified imidazole, 10-20 pts. wt. diluent, 10-15 pts. wt. zinc dust, 2-4 pts. wt. ethyl cellulose, and 2-4 pts. wt. p-phenyl diphenylether. USE - Conductive silver paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive silver paste has excellent electroconductivity, thermal conductivity, structural stability, and chemical stability, can be used for a long period of time, and saves use cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive silver paste, which involves stirring epoxy resin, novolac epoxy resin, polyurethane, dicyandiamide, graphene, curing agent, isobutanol-modified imidazole, diluent, zinc powder, ethyl cellulose, and p-phenyl diphenylether for 20-30 seconds at 900-950 rpm, for 80-90 seconds at 1000-1100 rpm, and for 10-20 seconds at 1200-1300 rpm, adding silver powder, and stirring.
