NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 25-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. zinc powder, 25-40 pts. wt. phosphorus iron powder, 10-18 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 5-8 pts. wt. modified nano-silica, 20-30 pts. wt. solvent, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 2-2.5 pts. wt. additives and 1-1.5 pts. wt. aluminum powder slurry. USE - Used as graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anticorrosive coating improves dispersion of graphene in anticorrosive material system, improves anticorrosive and antistatic properties of graphene anticorrosive coating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene anticorrosive coating comprising (i) adding epoxy resin into mixing container and stirring at 1000-1500 revolutions/minute, adding 1/3 of the solvent, zinc powder, modified graphene, phosphorus iron powder, heavy calcium carbonate, and aluminum powder slurry, which accounts for 1/3 of the total weight of the solvent, and then stirring and dispersing for 1 hour at 2000-3000 revolutions/minute, adding modified nano-silica, continue stirring and dispersing uniformly at 1500-2000 revolutions/minute to obtain a mixture, and (ii) placing mixture in a grinder to grind to 20-60 mu m, adding remaining solvent, curing agent, curing accelerator, and auxiliary in turn, stirring and dispersing uniformly at 800-1200 revolutions/minute.
