NOVELTY - The battery has a solar cell structure provided with a metal positive electrode and a porous tin oxide thin film. Top end bottom ends of a modified titanium dioxide film are arranged with p-type and n-type graphene/clay thin films, a transparent conductive substrate and a metal negative electrode. USE - Modified titanium dioxide and graphene/white earth film solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery is simple in structure and convenient to obtain thin film material, and has high economic benefit, high solar battery light absorption rate, high light response range and high battery capacity, and improves photoelectric conversion efficiency and consumes less production cost of the battery.
