▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The wearable flexible sensor has a flexible substrate and inter-digital electrodes prepared on the surface of flexible substrates. The encapsulation layer is provided on both sides of the interdigitated electrode. The vinyl-sensitive material layer is modified on the surface of the interdigital electrode. The vinyl-sensitive material layer is formed with semiconductor materials, gas adsorption materials and signal enhancement materials. USE - Wearable flexible sensor for monitoring maturity of fruit, flower and vegetable. ADVANTAGE - The wearable flexible sensor has high monitoring result precision, low test cost, easy for industrial production, simple and reliable preparation method, and can realize dynamic continuous detection of the fruit skin interface ethylene concentration. The flexible substrate has a flexible and wearable property, the packaging layer is good for protecting the electrode conductive region to enhance the stability of the sensor, the interdigital electrode has a conductive function, and the flexible substrate is high temperature resistant paper, polyimide, Terylene (RTM: Polyethylene terephthalate) resin or polydimethyl siloxane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of wearable flexible sensor; and (2) a method for monitoring fruit maturity using wearable flexible sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the fabrication process of a paper-based flexible wearable sensor based on laser-induced technology.
