NOVELTY - A door and window aluminum alloy is prepared by dissolving magnesium, aluminum alloy and silicon into furnace, heating at 1080-1200 degrees C, melting alloy, adding pure aluminum ingot, and melting aluminum alloy liquid; reducing temperature of aluminum alloy liquid to 900-950 degrees C, adding rest metal material into aluminum alloy liquid, stirring, adding graphene oxide, refining, and slagging; and keeping solution temperature at 800-830 degrees C, standing, slagging, and casting to obtain aluminum alloy ingot, extrusion molding, carrying out surface treatment to aluminum alloy sectional material. USE - Method for preparing door and window aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy has high heat insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Door and window aluminum alloy is prepared by: (A) dissolving magnesium, aluminum alloy and silicon into furnace, heating at 1080-1200 degrees C, melting alloy, adding pure aluminum ingot, and melting aluminum alloy liquid; (B) reducing temperature of aluminum alloy liquid to 900-950 degrees C, adding rest metal material into aluminum alloy liquid, stirring, adding graphene oxide, refining for 15-20 minutes, and slagging; (C) keeping solution temperature at 800-830 degrees C, standing for 10-20 minutes, slagging, and casting to obtain aluminum alloy ingot; (D) pre-heating ingot, extrusion molding, preheating at 600-620 degrees C, water cooling to 30-35 degrees C, stretching and straightening; and (E) carrying out surface treatment to aluminum alloy sectional material to obtain the product.
