NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based capacitor carbon in large scale comprises e.g. placing graphene powder and porous carbon precursor in ball mill or sand mill and ball milling, placing raw material in tube furnace, adding intermediate product and potassium hydroxide into high-performance universal crusher for crushing and mixing, placing crushed mixture in activation furnace and heating under protective atmosphere, soaking for 12-36 hours in 1-10 wt.% hydrochloride solution after cooling, washing with deionized water to neutrality, then drying to obtain graphene-based capacitor carbon. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based capacitor carbon in large scale. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor carbon has high conductivity and easy industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based capacitor carbon in large scale comprises placing graphene powder and porous carbon precursor in ball mill or sand mill at mass ratio of 1-50:100 and ball milling together with zirconia balls to obtain uniform dispersion of graphene/polyacrylonitrile starting material, placing raw material in tube furnace in air atmosphere at 150-350 degrees C through pre-oxidation for 0.5-6 hours to obtain intermediate product, adding intermediate product and potassium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 1:1-6 into high-performance universal crusher for crushing and mixing, placing crushed mixture in activation furnace and heating at 500-1000 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours under protective atmosphere, soaking for 12-36 hours in 1-10 wt.% hydrochloride solution after cooling, washing with deionized water to neutrality, then drying to obtain graphene-based capacitor carbon, where processing temperature is 90-200 degrees C and the time is 5-36 hours.
