NOVELTY - Manufacture of an antistatic sheet involves forming an antistatic layer (L2) by applying an antistatic composition containing a polymer resin and a conductive polymer on a polymer substrate using a mesh roll, forming an adhesive layer by applying an adhesive on layer (L2), and forming an antistatic layer (L1) by applying and heat-treating a thermosetting antistatic composition comprising a carbon-based antistatic agent, polyol, and polyisocyanate, on the adhesive layer. The polymer substrate is made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, polymethylmethacrylate resin, impact-resistant polymethylmethacrylate resin, styrene-acrylonitrile resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polycarbonate resin, and/or methyl methacrylate-styrene resin. The polymer resin is at least one of acrylic resin, urethane-based resin, urethane-acrylic copolymer, ester-based resin, ether-based resin, amide-based resin, and epoxy-based resin, or the same resin as the resin used for polymer substrate. USE - Manufacture of antistatic sheet used for manufacturing photomask storage case (claimed). Can also be used for internal and external materials and packaging materials of semiconductor and electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The method produces antistatic sheet which is capable of exhibiting excellent antistatic function without performance reduction due to subsequent processing after manufacturing. The method improves or restores the antistatic function in an area where the antistatic property is reduced or lost by subsequent processing such as cutting. The antistatic sheet has very low surface resistivity, so that not only antistatic property is excellent, but also mechanical properties are excellent.
