▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The battery has a graphene oxide and a silicon powder with mass ratio between 20 : 1 to 1 : 20, where particle diameter of the silicon powder is less than 100 nanometers. A graphite is oxidized to graphite oxide by an oxidant e.g. concentrated sulfuric acid, and the graphene oxide is segregated by passing an ultrasound to the graphene oxide. The prepared graphene oxide and the silicon powder are dispersed in deionized water by passing the ultrasound uniformly. A suspension liquid is filtered and dried, and a cake/film is obtained. USE - Cathode material of graphene/lithium silicon iron battery in an electrochemistry and energy resource material field. ADVANTAGE - The lithium silicon composite material is prepared with high specific capacity and circulating stability, prepared in a simple manner, and manufactured in large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method for a cathode material of graphene/lithium silicon iron battery.
