▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing non-woven fabric comprises (i) taking polypropylene, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, reinforcing filler, flame retardant and viscose fiber, vacuum drying, placing in the mixing machine and mixing to obtain mixed material; (ii) introducing the mixed material into electric heating blast drying box and drying, introducing in the melt-blown spinning machine, heating and spurning into fabric; (iii) using a sprayer to spray the adhesive between the fabric and foam dressing, and vibrating to make the adhesive evenly penetrate into the fabric and foam dressing to obtain a semi-finished product; (iv) immersing the semi-finished product in the first dipping solution, taking out, and drying the immersed semi-finished product in a drying oven; and (v) immersing the semi-finished product treated with the second immersion liquid in a dark place, and irradiating it with an ultraviolet lamp, taking out, washing, and drying to obtain finished non-woven fabric. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the antistatic performance of the prepared non-woven fabric with good flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing non-woven fabric comprises (i) taking 70-120 pts. wt. polypropylene, 16-20 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 1-2 pts. wt. flame retardant, 40-70 pts. wt. viscose fiber, 50-90 pts. wt. foam dressing, 15-20 pts. wt. first dipping liquid, 18-24 pts. wt. second dipping liquid, and 10-30 pts. wt. adhesive; (ii) taking polypropylene, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, reinforcing filler, flame retardant and viscose fiber, vacuum drying at 70-90 degrees C for 4-7 hours, placing in the mixing machine and mixing to obtain mixed material; (iii) introducing the mixed material into 70-90 degrees C electric heating blast drying box and drying for 2-5 hours, introducing in the melt-blown spinning machine, heating to 180-200 degrees C, controlling the temperature for 20-40 minutes, installing the spinneret after the temperature is stable, and controlling the temperature of the screw and die to 170-240 degrees C, and spurning into fabric; (iv) using a sprayer to spray the adhesive between the fabric and foam dressing, and vibrating for 40-60 minutes to make the adhesive evenly penetrate into the fabric and foam dressing to obtain a semi-finished product; (v) immersing the semi-finished product in the first dipping solution for 3-6 hours, taking out, and drying the immersed semi-finished product in a drying oven at 40-60 degrees C; and (vi) immersing the semi-finished product treated with the second immersion liquid in a dark place, and irradiating it with an ultraviolet lamp for 28-36 minutes, taking out, repeatedly washing with deionized water for 6-8 times, and drying at 70-90 degrees C to obtain finished non-woven fabric.
