▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-modified polyurethane conductive material comprises functionalized graphene, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polyester diol, dibutyltin dilaurate, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid and 1,4-hexanediol in a mass ratio of (0.1-0.8):10:(13-18):(0.001-0.01):(0.2-0.6):(0.4-1). USE - Graphene-modified polyurethane conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified polyurethane conductive material has high tensile strength, conductivity and compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-modified polyurethane conductive material, which involves adding functionalized graphene, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polyester diol and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid to a reaction system, ultrasonically dispersing, adding a catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate, heating at 75-85 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere, reacting for 2-3 hours, adding acetone solvent to adjust the solution viscosity, then adding chain extender 1,4-butanediol to react for 1-2 hours, cooling the solution, adding triethylamine to adjust the pH of the solution to neutral, carrying out high-speed emulsification process, and pouring the emulsion into a mold to solidify into a film.
