NOVELTY - The high-strength corrosion-resistant copper-aluminum transition wire clamp comprises copper-aluminum transition clamp main body. The copper-aluminum transition clamp main body comprises 70-85 pts. wt. graphene-aluminum complex, 15-25 pts. wt. graphene copper complex, 8-15 pts. wt. solder, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 5-10 pts. wt. fire retardant agent, 4-7 pts. wt. curing agent, and 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - High-strength corrosion-resistant copper-aluminum transition wire clamp for use in a power industry i.e. power transmission device. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength corrosion-resistant copper-aluminum transition wire clamp is prepared by simple and fast welding technique with low cost, and has improved mechanical property and corrosion resistance by adding graphene to the base material copper, aluminum and brazing filler metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the clamp comprising (i) soaking aluminum transition wire clamp base material in 40-80 g/L sodium hydroxide solution at 20-40 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes, then washing with hot water, putting in 16-20 mass% nitric acid solution for 6-8 minutes of gloss treatment, then using cold water to wash the residual nitric acid solution, drying with cold air, (ii) taking quartz glass as welding platform, using graphite as heat conducting plate, orderly stacking copper plate, solder and aluminum plate above the graphite, before placing the solder, dipping a small amount liquid paste-shaped soldering flux, (iii) using zinc chloride and ammonium chloride brazing flux, where dosage according to building area is 1.2-0.6 g/cm2, and content of zinc chloride in the brazing agent is 40-85 mass%, (iv) after the solder and flux are melted, rubbing the aluminum plate, making the generated gas overflow to avoid the hollow in the joint, and (v) applying pressure to the aluminum plate welding position, pressurizing until the welding piece is cooled, removing external force, obtaining the high-strength corrosion resistant copper-aluminum transition wire clamp.
