NOVELTY - Aqueous salt-tolerant gold oil comprises 40-50 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 4-5 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, 50-60 pts. wt. zinc powder, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. rust-proof pigments, 3-5 pts. wt. mica powder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 4-6 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-scratch corrosion aid, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. aqueous flatting agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. aqueous antifoaming agent and 20-25 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as aqueous salt-tolerant gold oil. ADVANTAGE - The oil: forms coating film on the protective metal which does not easily foams and falls off and prolongs protective property against the metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous salt-tolerant gold oil, comprising (i) taking each component according to specific amount; (ii) adding deionized water, aqueous epoxy resin, zinc powder, graphene oxide, rust-proof pigments, mica powder and dispersing agent in sequence during the stirring process, and dispersing uniformly after mixing for 20-40 minutes; (iii) grinding mixture prepared in step (ii) for 5-10 minutes and adding adhesion promoter, anti-scratch corrosion aid, aqueous flatting agent and an aqueous antifoaming agent; and (iv) adding aqueous epoxy curing agent into mixture obtained in step (iii), mixing mixture uniformly, filtering using 200 mesh gauze, and packaging filtrate.
