NOVELTY - Preparing titanium doped titanium dioxide graphene composite photo-catalyst where method takes graphene oxide, gas-phase titanium dioxide as precursor, using low temperature vacuum activating method for preparing new titanium doped titanium dioxide graphene composite photocatalyst involves taking graphene oxide water solution in ultra-pure water, and ultrasonic dispersion, then adding water phase titanium dioxide, magnetic force stirring, and ultrasonic dispersion, drying at 100 degrees C, where vacuum activating at 300 degrees C for 3 hours. USE - For preparation of titanium doped titanium dioxide graphene composite photo-catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides strong visible light response range, for reducing and modifying graphene oxide to make it have stronger electric transmission ability, and titanium dioxide nano-particle to the surface of graphite alkene is loaded, and forming titanium-oxygen-carbon bond, promotes the photogenerated electron from titanium dioxide to transfer the surface of graphite alkene. The graphene load of titanium dioxide photocatalyst has high ability for ultraviolet and visible light activity, and is provided with high visible photocatalytic decomposition of water into hydrogen.
