NOVELTY - Preparing conductive silicone rubber composite material comprises (i) mixing conductive filler and n-heptane uniformly to obtain a mixture (A), where the conductive fillers are graphene, mixture of carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers, (ii) uniformly mixing liquid silicone rubber with n-hexane to obtain mixture (B) and (iii) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B uniformly according to the required proportion, then sequentially vacuum treating, casting, standing until the normal heptane is completely volatilized, and curing to obtain the product, where the mass ratio of mixture A to mixture B is 1:1-1.5, and the content of graphene in the product is 4.5-5.5 wt.% carbon nanofiber, and carbon fiber content is 6-7.5% carbon fiber. USE - The silicon rubber composite material is used as new functional material, electromagnetic shielding, antistatic material, and market demand is explosive growth trend. ADVANTAGE - The conductive silicon rubber composite material has high conductivity and high tensile strength.
