NOVELTY - Organic silicon nano anti-corrosion and water-proof coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. organosilicone rubber, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-gas phase white carbon black,1-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. modified nano-zinc oxide-graphene oxide composite powder, 5-20 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. diatom ooze, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 10-20 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as organo silicon nano anti-corrosion water-proof coating comprising e.g. organosilicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion water-proof coating quickly penetrate into the interior of the base layer to be coated and is cross-linked into a three-dimensional network structure; increases the water resistance; increases the ability to adapt to the deformation of the base layer; utilizes silicone rubber which has high excellent coating, low temperature resistance, weather resistance, and water resistance, utilizes modified nano-zinc oxide graphene oxide composite powder and nano- silicon dioxide to improve the wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance and enables the silicone rubber and graphene oxide to give good flame coating retardant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing organo silicon nano anti-corrosion water-proof coating comprising (a) adding nano silicon dioxide, modified nano zinc oxide-graphene oxide composite powder and solvent into a mixing tank, stirring, mixing at a speed of 800-1000revolutions/minute to obtain mixed solution A, (b) adding organosilicone rubber, nano-gas phase white carbon black, coupling agent, dispersant into a reaction kettle, reacting at150-180 degrees C, stirring for 40 minutes at a speed of 300-400revolutions/minute, (c) adding the mixed solution A obtained in step (a) into a reaction kettle, heating to 200 degrees C, stirring for 30 minutes and (d) adding the diatom ooze, dispersant, curing agent, and remaining solvent to the reactor, stirring for 40 minutes after lowering to 140-150 degrees C, stopping heating, stirring and cooling.
