NOVELTY - Graphene lubricating oil comprises 80-90 pts. wt. base oil, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. fatty acid glyceride, 0.5-pts. wt. molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate. USE - The graphene lubricating oil is useful for protecting abnormal abrasion of mechanical component. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil selects modified graphene prepared by physical method and various additives mixed in the base lubricating oil, has good compatibility, relatively stable graphene dispersion and significant anti-wear and anti-attrition effect, and prolongs the service life of the mechanical parts. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for preparing the graphene lubricating oil, comprising (i) adding graphene raw material into 90-95% concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring and reacting at 20-30 degrees C for 3-4 hours, cleaning to neutrality, adding modifying agent for ultrasonic, freeze-drying to obtain modified graphene; and (ii) adding modified graphene, fatty glyceride, molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate, zinc dialkyldithiocarbamate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate into the base oil, and dispersing mixed oil at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute for 30-60 minutes.
