NOVELTY - Producing active hydrogen water comprises (i) reducing active water molecules by using ball milling, and reducing the volume of water molecules while maintaining molecular activity, and (ii) using a magnetic graphene complex material to purify the water molecules obtained in the step (i). USE - The method is useful for producing active hydrogen water. ADVANTAGE - The active hydrogen water can takes orally or directly receives through the blood capillaries of the skin and penetrates the human body to obtain nutrients.
