NOVELTY - Sand tire tread rubber material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 40-60 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. white carbon black, 5-8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-4 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 5-10 pts. wt. aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 3-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. modifying auxiliary agent and 2-4 pts. wt. sulfur. USE - Used as sand tire tread rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The method can efficiently improve the wear resistance, puncture resistance and collapse resistance of the tire tread, improves surface strength, strong tear resistance and water resistance, has good skid-proof and breakthrough performance, more uniform stress performance, and can be well adapted to soft soil e.g. sandy land.
