NOVELTY - A dispersion liquid comprises graphene, mixed solvent, solubilizing agent and coupling agent. The mixed solvent comprises greater than or equal to 8 vol.% dimethylbenzene, greater than or equal to 5 vol.% N,N-dimethylformamide, greater than or equal to 5 vol.% N-methyl-pyrrolidone and greater than or equal to 5 vol.% 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether. Graphene is used in an amount of 0.1-10 g/100 ml. USE - Dispersion liquid is useful for corrosion-resistant paint, which is useful for oil pipe. ADVANTAGE - The dispersion liquid has excellent dispersibility, physicochemical properties, comprehensive performance, high-temperature resistance and pressure resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of dispersion liquid, which involves weighing raw materials and then uniformly mixing, ultrasonically processing the mixture and stirring.
