NOVELTY - The material is made of nano-grade transition metal sulfide and graphene, where the nano-grade transition metal sulfide is Nickel (III) Sulfide (Ni2S3), nickel sulfide (NiS), Iron sulfide (FeS), iron disulfide (FeS2), Cobalt sulfide (CoS), Cobalt disulfide (CoS2), Copper disulfide (Cu2S), Copper sulfide (CuS), manganese sulfide (MnS) or manganese disulfide (MnS2) and particle diameter of the nano-grade transition metal sulfide is 50 nanometres to 150 nanometers. USE - Transition metal sulfide/graphene composite material for use as a lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The material is simple to prepare and inexpensive, and has low energy consumption and wide application range, and can be manufactured in short period. The nano-grade transition metal sulfide in the material can be uniformly distributed with large bearing function so as to improve the stability of the transition metal sulfide and cyclic stability in charging and discharging process.
