▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polymer dispersed liquid crystal comprises 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nano-silver loaded graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. semiconductor quantum dots, 20-74 pts. wt. photosensitive polymer, 20-78 pts. wt. nematic liquid crystal and 1-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator. The nano-silver-loaded graphene comprises 45 wt.% or less silver. The polymer dispersed liquid crystal has average lateral size of 5 mu m or more and average longitudinal dimension of 0.8-1.2 mu m. USE - Polymer dispersed liquid crystal used in random laser (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymer dispersed liquid crystal is economical, and is manufactured by simple method using easy-to-obtain raw materials. The random laser has a short preparation cycle, adjustable emission wavelength, high emitted light intensity and low threshold, and is manufactured by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of polymer dispersed liquid crystal, which involves mixing photo-initiator, nematic liquid crystal, photosensitive polymer and semiconductor quantum dot to form mixed solution, adding the graphene nano-silver loaded graphene into the mixed solution, stirring to obtain solution (A), and UV curing the solution (A); and (2) use of polymer dispersed liquid crystal to the random laser.
