NOVELTY - A double-side luminous inorganic perovskite quantum dot LED comprises a transparent graphene as an anode, transparent indium-tin oxide as a cathode, zinc oxide as an electron transport layer, cesium-lead bromide quantum dots as a light-emitting layer, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate as a hole injection layer, and poly(9-vinylcarbazole) as a hole transport layer. USE - Double-side luminous inorganic perovskite quantum dot LED (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The double-side luminous inorganic perovskite quantum dot LED has excellent transparency and color purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the LED.
