NOVELTY - A high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film coating liquid comprises 10-20 pts. wt. nano-molybdenum powder dispersing slurry, 15-35 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide powder dispersing slurry, 10-12 pts. wt. nano-graphene dispersing slurry and 40-50 pts. wt. absolute ethanol. USE - The high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film coating liquid is used in heating body (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The liquid has low cost of 300-400 Yuan/kilogram, and solves problem that current electrothermal film has high cost and power of nano electrothermal film will decay rapidly when temperature exceeds 250degrees Celsius. The high temperature resistant electrothermal film has high temperature resistant temperature of 400degrees Celsius, and reduces power attenuation after temperature is raised. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film coating liquid comprising preparing nano-molybdenum powder dispersing slurry, nano-silicon dioxide powder dispersing slurry and nano-graphene dispersing slurry, mixing with absolute ethanol, stirring at high speed for not less than 2 hours at speed of 3000-6000 revolutions/minute (rpm), and fully dissolving and dispersing; (2) a heating body; and (3) a method for preparing heating body using high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film coating liquid comprising: coating layer of insulating ceramic layer with thickness of 10-30 microm on surface pipe body or plate body by silk-screen printing, sintering at high temperature of 830-840degrees Celsius to form film, and manufacturing insulating medium layer; making metal pipe or metal plate body with insulating medium layer, heating to 600-620degrees Celsius in high temperature furnace, using multi-layer spray plating method, uniformly spraying high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film coating liquid to heated metal pipe body or metal plate body through high atomization spraying system, and coating two ends of metal tube body or metal plate body with high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film heating body coated with silver paste electrode by screen printing or roller coating; and sintering silver electrode at 600degrees Celsius, coating layer of insulating ceramic encapsulating protective layer on high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film heating area of high temperature resistant nano electrothermal film metal pipe body or metal plate body sintered with silver electrode by silk printing or roller, sintering insulating encapsulating protective layer in 650degrees Celsius sintering furnace, and cooling.
