▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene sheet (31) is positioned approximately rectangularly with respect to the surface of an electrolyte film (11a). Each related graphene sheet has the carbon nanowall (3) extended only one dimensionally in a direction parallel to the surface of the electrolyte film. A catalyst and the ionic conduction layer consisting of an electrolyte are provided in the surface of each related graphene sheet of the carbon nanowall. USE - For fuel cell used as power supply of e.g. electric vehicle, power supply for outdoor installation, portable power supply. ADVANTAGE - Improves electric power generation performance and reduction of the catalyst content.
