▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A hydroxylated graphene powder with controllable conductivity properties is prepared by placing graphene oxide in distilled water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, ultrasonicating, uniformly dispersing until concentration is 1-10 g/L, adding ammonia, adjusting pH to 7-9, adding hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent in which mass ratio of graphene oxide aqueous solution:hydrazine hydrate is less than 1:1, condensing in oil bath at 80-95 degrees C for 24-48 hours to obtain water and graphene turbid liquid, and cooling turbid liquid at 70-80 degrees C. USE - Preparation of hydroxylated graphene powder with controllable conductivity properties for electronic materials, energy materials, and aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - Preparation process does not need inert gas protection and is safe and environment-friendly. Product has high purity, good solubility, good quality, and good biocompatibility.
