▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Spherical composite microparticles comprise graphene containing carbon fine powder having average particle diameter of 0.1-3 mu m and having structure comprising 2 or more layers overlapped in longitudinal direction, and metal chosen from silver and/or copper. The composite microparticles contain 0.1-20.0 parts mass carbon fine powder with respect to 100 parts mass spherical composite microparticles. USE - Spherical composite microparticles used as joining material in electronic apparatus, contact material and wiring material. Uses include but are not limited to electronic circuit, capacitor electrode, resistive paste and sliding material of electric contact. ADVANTAGE - The spherical composite microparticles have excellent dispersibility, fillability, improved abrasion resistance, sinterability, and migration-proof property. The microparticles are manufactured with high recovery rate without adhesion and aggregation.
